Senior Software Engineer

Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the Smalltalk space, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the Smalltalk space
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Participate on technology project teams
• Effectively interact with business partners, Business Analysts, Architects, Quality Assurance Specialists and management
• Take ownership and accountability for own work, as well as, the work of the team

• Minimum of 8-10 years of application development experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a lead developer
• Required skills: Smalltalk, HTML, XML
• Additional desired skills: S-unit, Java, Websphere, RAD, MQSeries, Oracle, DB2, SQL
